Job Requirement
Minimum Qualifications:
- BSc in General agriculture, agronomy or a related field with 5 (five) years’ experience as unit or section farm manager in large scale farms.
- Diploma in agriculture, agronomy or a related field with 7 (seven) years’ experience as unit or section farm manager in large scale farms.
Technical and other Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep knowledge in agricultural production management practices.
- Knowledge of pest control, irrigation and farm equipment maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Budget preparation, management and cost control experience.
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Place of Work: South Western Regional State, Menit Woreda Bachuma Town Goldia Farm.
