Job Requirement
- Master’s degree in international development, Migration Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Law, Social Sciences, Humanitarian Affairs, or a related field.
Experiene
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing humanitarian or development projects with an INGO.
- Strong understanding of mixed migration, displacement, refugee response, and protection programming.
- Proven experience managing donor-funded projects and complex budgets.
- Experience in grants management, compliance, reporting, and project cycle management.
- Strong leadership, coordination, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with government authorities, UN agencies, NGOs, and local partners.
- Excellent report-writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Ethiopia.
Language
- English (fluent)
- knowledge of Affan Oromo, Aff- Somali and Amharic is an advantage.
