Job Summery

  • The role of the Senior HR & Administration Officer is to Facilitates and coordinates initial screening of internal and external applicants, Compliance with HR Laws and Regulation. Ensures that the short listing is properly processed as per criteria and procedures of the Company; performs purchasing activities, ensures that the all supplies purchased/donated are received by Goods Receiving Note, are properly handled, and issued by Store Issue Voucher upon requests, provides logistics support for all units of the Company and perform all human resource and administrative issues of company towards the achievement of the objectives of the Organization. Performs all other activities assigned by the Finance & Admin.

Job Requirement

  • Educational: MA/BA in Human Resource management, Management, and Related Business Field.
  • Work Experience: 4/6 years of relevant Work experience, preferable in MFI.
