Job Requirement
- Minimum of First Degree in Social or and natural streams in relevant field of studies
- 6 years experience working with international and national NGOs as well as the various government offices and the community with at least 2 years leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience in program implementation and ensuring quality of programs.
- Proven ability in promoting and collaborating closely with multi-level stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in team situations
- Knowledge of multi-donor regulations
- Experience with food commodity management systems and regulations required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and in the language of the region
