Job Summery
- Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, supervise and control the operation of the district and branches under the domain of sphere, prepare district work plans and monitor their execution, prepare budgets for the District and track their implementation, attend correspondences that emanate from internal as well as external stakeholders, coach and mentor employees within the District towards effective career development, evaluate the periodic performance of Managers and Branch managers under the District, manage disciplinary concerns of the District staff and Branch Managers under the District and take part in the decision making process.
Job Requirement
- Required Education, qualification and Experience: Master’s or B.A. Degree in Management, Business management, Business Administration or Related Field, with eight (8) Years’ experience for Master’s and Ten (10) Years’ experience for BA Degree of which three (3) Years should be at higher supervisory position.
