Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field and 10 years work experience out of which 5 years should be in leadership position.
- MBA business administration, Management, or a related field and 7 years work experience out of which 3 years should be in leadership position.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong understanding of business functions, including finance, HR, and marketing. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions. Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
