Job Summary
- Maintain personnel records and update database.
- Produce and maintain personnel correspondence.
- Maintain employee absence records and propose appropriate measures to be taken.
- Ensure that staff performance reviews are undertaken in time.
- Maintain employee recruitment interview and other employee related issue minutes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Human Resource & G/services Head.

Job Requirement
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA in HR Management, Business Management or Related field.
- 05 years of relevant experience.
Technical and other skills:
- Good Knowledge of Written & Spoken English.
- Good daily activity planning, and Organizational skills.
- Good Knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law.
- Proficient in Basic Computer Operations.
