- Academic Qualification: MSc/ BSc in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 20 years of overall experience and 15 years of specific experience are required; applicants must possess both construction and consulting firm experience in highway construction projects, including:
- Over five years as a Project Manager/ Construction Engineer in road projects
- Over five years as a Highway Design Team Leader/ highway engineer in a consulting firm
- Five years or more as a Resident Engineer in highway projects with a recognized consulting firm.
