Job Requirement
Sales Person
- Qualification & Experience: BA degree, Diploma or TEVT graduate in Management, Marketing, Economics, or related field & 3 years of experience for BA and 5 years for Dip & TEVT graduate in Sales Management. It is better to have a good experience on spring water, soft drink, beer, alcohol and related fields.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with customers in the name of the company and submit the outcome report to area sales Supervisor.
- Prepare tender offer and submit to his/her immediate Boss.
- Maintains formal and well-organized recording system and documentation on the operation of customer contact.
- Collect Payment, Performance bond and other company related material from customer.
- Direct the assigned driver.
Required Number: 15 (Fifteen)
Sales Supervisor
- Qualification & Experience: BA or MA degree and above graduate in Management, Marketing, Economics or related field & 5 year and above for BA and 3 years for MA relevant experience on spring water, Beer, soft drink and related fields.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate/negotiate to customers on behalf of the company direct and coordinate sales officers.
- Check and recommend sales price to his/her immediate supervisor as per the company sales policy.
- Check any documents done by sales force before they are sent to the Sales.
- Head/team leader/sales Manager.
Required Number: 10 (Ten)
Sales Operation Manager
- Qualification & Experience: MA, BA in Marketing management, Business Administration and other related fields & 6 years for BA holders & 4 years of experience for MA holders in the same position. It is better to have a good experience on spring water, soft drink, beer, alcohol and related fields.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Designing marketing strategies based up on the long-term and short-¬term strategy of the company.
- Undertaking research and studies that help build the competing capacity of the company by assessing the internal and external industrial competition situations.
- Organizing market information by gathering and interpreting data on general supply, quality, product quantity, production costs, price, expansion of competing products etc.
