Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Export Manager to join our growing Coffee Division at ALTA Computec. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach in the global coffee market and ensuring the efficient export of our specialty coffee products.
Knowledge, abilities, and skills required
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the export market for LATA Agri Export’s coffee division.
- Manage end-to-end export operations, including coordinating with washing stations
- in different parts of the country, quality control, and logistics teams.
- Identify and establish relationships with local & international buyers, distributors, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with international and National trade regulations and standards.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote LATA Agri Export’s coffee products in global markets.
- Monitor market trends and local activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on export performance and market analysis to senior management.
Job Requirement
Qualification
- BA/ MA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, and/ or related fields from a recognized university/ college.
Experience
- 7 (Seven) years hands on experience for BA degree graduates or 4 (four) years for MA/ MBA graduates out of which at least 3 years in managerial positions for an export related business.
