- Qualification: MSc, BSc in manufacturing, industrial and other related.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 8/10 years and directly experience in coffee factory is preferable, From which minimum managerial of two years on the position.
- Ability of listening: Speaking, reading, writing Afaan Oromo, Amharic and English are mandatory.
