Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales plans and strategies
- Develop sales action plans for new and existing clients based on market needs and business objectives
- Develop revenue strategies and marketing campaigns
- Track sales activities and reports
- Promote and sell company’s products
- Advise management on commercial strategy
- Lead Sales and Marketing team
- Maintain accurate company client database
- Understand company objectives, and conduct market research to evaluate opportunities, identify potential partners, set pricing, develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts
- Contact potential clients, inform them of company products, and lobby new business
- Maintain and grow the company’s sales pipeline, forecast sales out, time sales to close, and forecast revenue
- Perform any other duties as assigned

- Expert knowledge of manufacturing industries

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Amharic (spoken and written) and an additional language would be advantageous

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years’ proven experience as a sales and marketing manager in manufacturing industry – preferable if leather products manufacturing
