Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of our acrylic and blanket operation, coffee, sesame, pulse and oil seeds export, and real estate operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, Banks and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify, bring and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Managing Director and Board members.

Job Requirement

Qualification:

  • BA/ BSc/ MA/ MBA/ MSc/ PhD degree in Economics/ Management/ Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in the coffee, sesame, pulse and other oil seeds export, textile or related factory experience, and real estate development management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing complex businesses.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a fastpaced environment.
