Job Requirement
- An internationally recognized university degree in human resource management, OSH, industrial engineering, manufacturing or production engineering, business administration, international development, economics, labour relations, law, adult education, organizational development, enterprise development, or another relevant field.
Experience
- At least two years of professional experience in enterprise development, social dialogue and industrial relations, labour standards compliance, productivity improvement, capacity building in the private sector, adult education, industrial or manufacturing engineering, human resource management, responsible business conduct, occupational safety and health, sustainable enterprise development, or related fields. Experience working with enterprises in the manufacturing sector, particularly in the garment, textile, leather, coffee, or horticulture value chains, would be an advantage.
Languages
- Excellent command of English and a good knowledge of the language of the duty station.
