Job Requirement
Production Manager
- Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and BA degree in Management and (or related fields).
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing production operations in a formwork, plastic, or related manufacturing industry.
- Previous experience in managing large-scale manufacturing teams is essential.
- Proven track record of leading production teams and optimizing production processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide production teams.
- In-depth understanding of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales, Finance).
Machine Operators
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operating plastic production machinery or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical machinery, automation systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures in manufacturing.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and machine calibration is an advantage.
