Job Requirement
- Educational requirement: BS/BSc and/or MS/MSc in related fields including Business Administration, Marketing and Finance.
- Work Experience requirement: 08 or more years of senior management experience in a business enterprise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the overall operation of the share company
- In cooperation with and directives of Board shall manage the resources of the company
- Project and preserve the overall interest of Friendship Agro Industry S.C.
- Provide long term and short-term development plan and follow-up its implementation
- Ensure that the company’s books of accounts are maintained and the audited reports are submitted to relevant authorities if and when required
- The manager shall be responsible to ensure that fund and finance activities are compliant with rules and regulation of the company as well as law of the country
- Ensure optimal utilization to company’s human resource by providing transparent and exemplary leadership and change their productivity by identifying skill requirements and providing appropriate training
- Represent the company at meeting as and when required
- Participate actively in animals’ food legislation and standardization effort of the government
- Develop and maintain good work relationship with stakeholders
