Essential Function
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Senior Business Analysts to ensure high-quality research, analysis, and reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of market research reports, business case development for new business engagements;
- Guide the team in identifying new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive threats that could influence the bank’s strategic positioning.
- Provide clear directions, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to the team.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Align the team’s analytical output with the bank’s strategic priorities, particularly in innovation, market expansion, and financial products development.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on market trends, new business engagements, and strategic project outcomes to Enat Innovative Idea Proposing Team (EIIPT);
- Engage in other duties assigned by Innovative Team (EIIPT);
- Perform other duties as required.
Skills and Competencies
- Understanding the global, domestic macroeconomic issues that affect the bank industry;
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams;
- Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
- Deep understanding of banking, financial regulations, financial technology developments and market dynamics.
Job Requirement
- MA/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields with 5.5/7.5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or market analysis, with at least 2 years as a team leader.
