The role of the Branch Manager is to plan, organize, coordinate, lead, and supervise the operational activities and personnel of the Branch toward the achievement of the objectives of the Organization. Manages and controls financial resources i.e., payments & receipts of the Branch. Provides financing services, such as loans, deposits, & insurance services to the community. Participates in the preparation of the plan of the Organization.
Job Requirement
- Education and Work Experience: BA Degree/College Diploma in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking, and Finance or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in the related field. Experience in Micro Finance Institutions is an asset.
