Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience:
- BA/ MBA/ MA in Marketing Management, Economics or related fields of studies, 8/6 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years in managerial position.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for planning, developing & managing the overall marketing operation
- Manage employees & ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience to existing & new customers
- Possess an understanding of the business, the products & services
- Usual self-updating in industry developments, technological advancement, and best practices in marketing management
- Regularly evaluate staff performance & effectiveness
- Responsible for identifying & resolving issues, problems & concerns with employees & clients
- Monitoring & evaluating sales agent performance, providing coaching & training to improve efficiency
- Ensuring that staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action as needed
- Creating & maintaining a positive work environment that supports a high-performance culture
