- Required Qualification and work Experience: BSc degree in Geology or related fields with 10 (ten) years of demonstrated direct work experience of which three (3) years are as senior geologist level.

Mining Engineer
- Required Qualification and work Experience: BSc degree in mining engineering, with 8 (eight) years of demonstrated direct work experience of which one 5 years at an expert level.
