- Experience: At least 10/8/6 years of directly related experience as (BSC/MSC/Meng/MTech & higher degree respectively) PE/manager in providing technical, design and civil engineering services (planning, implementing, monitoring and supervising projects that are similar in scope and nature as proposed under this ToR (at least two projects followed by recommendations). and At least 5 years of work relevant experience in Government of Ethiopia/WB financed projects of high value goods, works & consultancy service (followed by at least two recommendations).
