Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry tasks to update and maintain accounting records
- Prepare monthly bank accounts reconciliation
- Prepares the appropriate payment voucher and cheques
- Perform timely filing of all taxes and pension deductions and declare accordingly
- Perform tasks as per company directives and government regulations
- Investigates and records the issuance and receiving of files and also checks their correctness.
- Perform other related tasks as required
Job Requirement
- BA Degree/ Diploma in Accounting
- 2 year and above experience for BA Degree or 4 years and above experience for Diploma
- knowledge of Peachtree accounting software application modules is mandatory
- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
- Other Required Skills: Computer Literate
