- BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Management, Economics or other related field with 4 years’ experience as customer service/ Loan officer/Branch accountant in Microfinance.
- Language proficiency: Fluent communication in English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo language is required.
