Description of Duties

  • Involve in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of staff in line with internal policies.
  • Aware staffs on employee relations matters including disciplinary, employee grievance handling to enhance staff retention and to minimize litigation.
  • Conduct training needs assessment on an ongoing basis to inform the development of an annual training plan for both technical and soft skills.
  • Facilitate training and induction programs.
  • Involve in periodic employee engagement survey and activities.
  • Advice employees on HR policies and procedures and labour laws.
  • Undertake pensions and benefits administration.
  • Monitor timely renewal of contracts and agreements
  • Facilitate performance management processes periodically.
  • Prepare HR status reports periodically.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Keep HR records and files are maintained and updated in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keep employee records (attendance, annual leave, sick leave, maternity leaves etc.) are maintained according to the Company policy and legal requirements.
