Job Summary
- The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Branches within a designated area including and provide support & guidance ensuring that all branches within the district are meeting their financial and non-financial targets, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- The District Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth, managing staff under the domain of the District, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Job Requirement
- BA Degree in Management/Accounting/related fields; 11 years of relevant banking experience; 4 of which as Branch Manager or higher;
- Proven experience in management or leadership role within the Banking industry;
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and industry trends;
- Excellent leadership and managerial as well as communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders;
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities to identify issues & develop effective solutions
- Sound understanding of financial management principles and practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
