Job Requirement
Academic Qualification: BA Management + MBA/ MA in Management + PhD Management/ Business Studies/ Commerce
Years of Experience: At least 3 yrs. experience in teaching at tertiary level
Important Considerations
- Master’s degree holders with an Assistant Professorship (awarded by public universities) and at least 4 years of tertiary teaching experience are eligible to apply.
- A release paper from the most recent employer is required to enroll in the college. Furthermore, applicants must submit work experience letters from all previous employers, stating why the applicant left the company.
- Credential copies (all degrees and student copies) must be submitted, and any degree earned abroad must have an equivalency letter from the FDRE Education and Training Authority
