Job Requirement
The Biodiversity and Community Resilience in the Omo Valley (BIOM) project is operational with the generous support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR) is the project implementer with three other Alliance members, local government and the target communities. The project duration is five years, from May 16, 2022, to May 15, 2027.
The BIOM Driver will work within the wider IIRR team to support the project activities of Biodiversity and community resilience in South Omo Zone mainly in Salamago and South Ari Woredas. Driver will be responsible for the overall driving and transporting tasks of the Woredas. Program to be implemented in selected Woredas of South Omo Zone, Salamago and South Ari zone of South Ethiopia Region. The task includes all aspects of the transporting goods and people promptly. They will work within the wider BIOM program team and other IIRR staff.
Location: Jinka, with frequent travel to the field offices
