Job Requirement:
Education/Training
- BSc in medical laboratory technology with a minimum of 5 years’ experience or M.Sc./MPH in health development or related fields and at least two years’ experience.
Technical and Other Skills
- Project preparation and implementation skills
- Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment and ability to work effectively with others at all levels;
- Computer proficiency;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of laboratory mentorship and being certified ENAO assessor is advantages.
