Position Summary
- We seek a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s future. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, talent development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on boarding new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including online platforms, job boards, and social media.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills and qualifications, and recommend hiring.
On boarding & Employee Development:
- Design and deliver an engaging on boarding program to ensure the smooth integration of new employees.
- Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Identify individual learning and career development needs and provide appropriate support.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes employee growth and engagement.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Build strong relationships with employees and act as a point of contact for any HR-related concerns.
- Conduct investigations and address employee relations issues, promoting a fair and equitable workplace.
- Develop and oversee performance management systems, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and ethical practices.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage benefits enrollment and maintain accurate employee records.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Oversee HR administration tasks, including payroll, employee records, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of HR best practices and industry trends.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Proactively identify and address HR challenges and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., payroll, HCM)
