Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement First Degree in Human Resource Management/ Public Administration or related fields.
Experience:
- 7 and above years of experience, medical sector experience is a plus.
Specific Areas of work experience:
- Good knowledge of HRM & Administration operating policies & procedures; good oral & writing communication skills considerable knowledge of labor law, policy & procedures.
Job Type:
- Responsible for leading/managing all HR activities across the operations involving recruiting, employee relations, salary planning, employee training, benefits administration, and all other human resources related activities necessary to support the business needs.
- Maintain guidelines by preparing and recommending human resource procedures and manuals.
