Job Requirement
- Master’s degree in education and related fields;
- Professional experience in providing counseling within the context of migration;
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, fluency in speaking, writing and reading in English and Amharic languages, ability of German language is an advantage;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Very good computer application skills including database and spreadsheet programs;
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently;
- Ability to work under strict deadlines/stressful conditions; and
- Four years of work experience related to the field.
