Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience:
- First degree in Purchasing Management, with 1 year of experience/ Diploma with 4 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper implementation of material management procedures of the Company
- Collects information on inventory status to understand inventory content of inventory holdings; Assists inventory control professionals in achieving order inventory levels.
- Maintain documents such as purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt properly and carefully;
- Monitor the preparation of payment based on the invoice that has been prepared, receives and pays the check and issues the appropriate receipt.
- Assist foreign and local purchaser
Other Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills in application of MS-Excel/ Word.
- Ability to work with a minimum supervision.
- Team player.
