Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Business Management with 5 years’ experience or Master’s degree in Business Management with 3 years’ experience, as Manager/ Head HR and General Administrative Service.
- Adequate MS Office Knowledge and skill.
Head Human Resource (HR) and General Administration Responsibilities include:
- Staff recruitment, preparation of employment agreement, and company indoctrination
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, directives and company policies
- Managing staff wellness and performance reviews
- Motivating and supporting staff
- Maintaining staff records
- Handling employee benefits
- Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions
- Managing and supervising general administrative services and properties such as facilities, office and office equipment and supplies, vehicles, etc.
- Preparing and updating company human resource policies, rules and procedures
- Custom clearing of outgoing and incoming aircraft components and parts
- Designing and directing staff training programs
- Liaison with government and non-government organizations such as ECAA, Airport,
- Custom Authority, immigration, internal revenue, etc.
- Candidate should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of Labor regulation and HR practice, strategic thinking abilities, and strong organizational & interpersonal skills.
