Job Description
- Responsible for all bank account operations including preparation of transfer and/or other bank documents and monitoring bank accounts.
- Encode all payments, bank transfers and collections and other transactions to Peachtree accounts
- Carries out a standard accounting procedure and prepares monthly financial statements including, balance sheets, income statement, cash flow statement and
- bank reconciliation statements, Preparing and reporting monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports of Customs and revenue.
- Maintains proper filing of office records and documents
- Assists in other organizational activities and tasks, as assigned.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English required.
- Able to plan, prioritize and manage activities
- Ability to work independently
Job Requirement
- Applicants should have a degree in accounting with THREE or more years’ experience IN MERCHANDISING BUSINESS. Work experience in manufacturing business is a plus for Dukem applicants.
