Job Requirement
- Education: A BA/Master’s degree in Political Science & International Relations, Law, Development Studies, Communications, Social science or a related field. Advanced training in advocacy, public policy, or human rights is an asset.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in humanitarian context and preferably working within an international NGO or multilateral organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful advocacy strategies and campaigns at national or regional levels.
- Strong experience in policy analysis, lobbying, and engaging with government officials, donors, and civil society.
- Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex advocacy strategies.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality advocacy materials such as reports, policy briefs, campaign content, and statements in a clear and concise manner while meeting short deadlines.
