Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Grant Management, preferably in an NGO setting, out of which 3 years on a senior level
- Sound analytical and problem-solving capability;
- Ability to influence others’ behaviour through effective relationship building; thorough current knowledge and understanding of relevant policies, frameworks, etc.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems (SAP), policies, and procedures, and advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge and experience of donor grants of diverse institutional donors (EU, US funding, ECHO, UN Agencies, GFFO, FCDO, etc.)
- Proficient in financial reporting.
- Fluency in the English language is essential
