Job Requirement
General Manager
- Education Qualification: BA, BSc/ MBA, MA, MSc/Ph.D. in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Engineering and other related fields.
- Minimum Work Experience: 10/8/6 years for BA, BSc/ MBA, MSc/Ph.D. respectively out of which a minimum of 3 years in managing similar private business companies.
- Skills: All basic computer skills, good in developing business strategies, planning, and monitoring. Willingness, experience, and capacity in managing a firm of a multi-sector business nature.
- Required Language Skills: Fluent in Afan Oromo, Amharic & English.
Financial & HR Manager
- Education Qualification: BA/MA in Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting & Finance and other related fields.
- Work Experience: 6/4 years or above for BA/MA respectively out of which a minimum of 2 years on a financial manager position.
- Required Skills: All basic computer skills, Peachtree, and other finance-related skills
- Required Language Skills: Fluent in Afan Oromo, Amharic & English.
