Job Requirement
- Education and General Experience: BSc degree in civil engineering/ construction technology and management or related filed with 5 years and above work experiences or MSc degree in civil engineer /construction technology and management or related filed with 3 years and above experiences.
Specific Experiences: The following specific experiences are also required for the position
- Overall Project management
- Preparation /evaluation of different technical, non-technical and financial document
- Monitoring the construction activities
- Skill of using Engineering and other related soft wares and applications
- Prepare and follow work schedules
- Regularly progress reporting to client
- Checking the payment certificates
- Site work controlling
- Ability to coordinate several tasks of the project
- Contract administration and any other activities related to the project and other related tasks
