Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the translation of SAP Strategy 100 Phase Two into operational action plans with technical sectors and regional offices.
- Track progress against SAP milestones, prepare consolidated reports, and highlight risks or delays.
- Work closely with Addis and regional offices to ensure activities align with SAP priorities.
- Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Maintain updated records of SAP initiatives, milestones, and lessons learned.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for SAP-related meetings, workshops, and consultations Working Environment.
- Up to 40% travel will be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, or related field.
- Experience in international/local NGO spaces is an advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and network confidently among both junior and senior staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex documents and analyze data for clarity when presenting to large audiences.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and ability to facilitate collaboration.
- Strong capacity to quickly understand the evolving country context, portfolio, and overall programmatic needs.
- Ability to transfer technical knowledge and skills.
