Purpose of Role
Job Summary:
- The Accountant II assists and advises the Finance Division Manager in designing and maintaining effective financial and accounting system. S/he is responsible for the preparati and maintenance of financial statements, payment and accounts related records and other files related with auditing and budgeting and ensure that all deliverables comply with regulatory guidance and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor and customer relations.
- Prepare and review detailed journal entries.
- Performs accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to book, reconcile and report accounting data.
- Undertakes cash flow forecasts and ensues that sufficient fund is available to meet the nee of clients and financial obligations.
- Ensures that all transactions are properly backed up by adequate source documents; expenses are within approved budget and are approved by duly authorized person.
Job Requirement
- Education: BA in Accounting, Finance and Accounting or related fields of studies.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience.
