Position Description
- Education Development Center (EDC) is seeking a Team Leader who will be responsible for:
- Overall responsibility for the advisory packages of the contractor.
- Ensuring the coherence and complementarity of the contractor’s services with other services delivered by the project at local and national level.
- Manage and assure quality of design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of capacity development measures for local partners.
- Ensure that cross-cutting themes are sufficiently considered (for example gender equality, etc.).
- Resources management, identifying the need for short-term assignments within the available budget, planning and managing the assignments and supporting local and international experts.
- Ensuring that monitoring procedures are carried out.
Job Requirement
- University degree in in Project Management, Leadership, Education Sciences, TVET, Social Sciences or a similar field. Master’s degree preferred.
- More than 7 years of professional experience in organizational development, multistakeholder engagement as well as technical advisory services and project management.
Language
English and German are required.
