Human Resource Head
- Minimum Education Experience Required: First degree in Management & related fields with minimum of 4 years’ experience as head of HR in sales-oriented company.
- Required No: 01 (One)
- Basic Salary & other Benefits: Birr 25,000
Sales Agent
- Minimum Education Experience Required: First Degree in Sales & Marketing, Management or related fields minimum of 6 months and above experience in the real estate industry.
- Required No: 15 (Fifteen)
- Basic Salary & other Benefits: Birr 6500 + Attractive sales Commission for junior sales agents.
- Birr 13,811 + attractive sales commission for senior sales with over 1.6 years of experience.
Sales Supervisor
- Minimum Education Experience Required: First degree in Sales & Marketing, Management or other related fields. Minimum of 4 years of experience and minimum of 1 year experience as sales supervisor in the real estate Industry.
