Duties and Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Analyze target audiences, social issues, and market trends to identify impactful product opportunities.
- Marketing & Communication: Implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness and adoption among target audiences.
- Product and promotion material: ensure that products and promotional materials are placed in the right channel, as per the provided guideline.

Job Requirement
- Pharmacist/ Doctor/ with University Degree/BSc in Pharmacy with valid professional license. Business background is preferable.
- A minimum of 3 years and above related experience
- An understanding, ability, and commitment to implementing Regulatory guidelines and policy.
- Ability of very good reading, writing, listening, speaking skills.
- NGO experience is preferable.
- Understanding of basic Product design principles
- Data analysis skills: The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions is crucial.
- Strong communication: Clearly communicating ideas and collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: Identifying problems, brainstorming solutions, and evaluating their feasibility is a core responsibility.

- Time management and organization: Juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure is necessary.
