Key Account Sales Representative
Qualification:
- BA in business management majoring sale or marketing or any other relevant disciplinary.
- 8 years + senior account management experience in an FMCG or high-volume retail B2B product environment which is focused on a customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrable ability to identify and grow business proven track record of achieving challenging targets consistently.
- Build & maintain strong collaborating customer relationship to deliver preferred supplies st.
Experience:
- Identify & establish new growth opportunities and revenue streams in existing and new markets to grow revenue and improve customer lifetime value.
- Provide input into the setting of monthly/quarterly and annually revenue & margin targets.
- Understand distributor structure& distributors partners.
- Build a merchandising and in store strategy for the company (with marketing) which insure that the company get in store positioning.
- Agree with strategy team & marketing an appropriate pricing strategy for new products.
- Establish and maintain accurate account strategy plan for annual budgeting
- Interface with by customer decision makers for validate and qualify opportunities being pursued to minimize win rate and net sales.
- Constantly build a renew reliance with customer to keep abreast on charges and needs.
- Coordinates new product evaluation and prepare customer presentation for new product promotion.
- Create & execute territory and key account plans for achieving aggressive goals & objectives for continued growth.
- Work experience in food Manufacturing is advantageous.
