Job Requirement
Finance Manager
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager (at least 5 years in a similar position).
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Proficient use of financial software and skills in the use of various computer packages and applications or related technologies for financial management;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as well as excellent speaking and writing skills in English
- Able to motivate, manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes
- A solid working knowledge and understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
Real Estate Development and Marketing Manager
- At least 5 years of experience in real-estate management or related field
- Exceptional understanding of real-estate business
- Outstanding managerial skills and experience
- Excellent marketing ability
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Knowledge and practice of managing procurement
- Good financial planning, budgeting and reporting
