Job Summary
AACCSA is seeking a dynamic and qualified individual to serve as the Project Officer for its Business Innovation Center (BIC). The Project Officer will be responsible for facilitating training, providing policy advice, and supporting the successful implementation of the BIC programs, including the Starter and Catalyzer cohorts. This position is critical to AACCSA’s mission to promote business innovation, growth, and job creation through entrepreneurship incubation and acceleration programs.
Job Requirement
Qualification Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Two years and above of proven experience in start-up incubation, business development, or entrepreneurship training programs and must have completed the BIC Training of Trainers (ToT) in Starter, Catalyzer, and Moderation/ Facilitation programs.
Technical and Other Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Ethiopian start-up ecosystem and SME development.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentorship skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
- Experience in policy analysis and advocacy is a plus.
