Job Requirement
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of BA (MA, or MBA preferred) degree/s in a Business-related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Operation or Finance areas in a micro financial institution out of which 3 years must be in senior management position (at least department or division head directly reporting to the CEO).
- Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with the national macroeconomic trends, MFI regulatory compliance requirements, business strategy, leadership, risk management, HRD, etc.
