Job Requirement
Education:
- Completion of secondary school education. A post-secondary certificate in the related functional area. A university degree in business administration, economics, or related field is an added advantage
Experience:
- Five or more years of progressively responsible work experience in logistics and supply chain including fuel and fleet management with experience in general administrative work. Previous experience in emergencies is an advantage. Experience in Somali region is an added value.
Desirables:
- Experience in fleet management, transport planning, fuel management and data analysis.
- Experience in measuring service providers’ performance against set KPIs.
- Experience in providing technical business support in corporate systems.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure as part of a team; good communication skills; advanced knowledge of logistics operations; Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and other related software.
Language:
- Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and in the duty station’s language, if different.
