Job Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will vary over time and may include, but are not limited to:
- Rotate through different departments (e.g., Operations, Procurement, Product Innovation, M&E, HR) based on current needs.
- Take ownership of discrete projects during each rotation (e.g., Lead cross-functional initiatives with clear deliverables and timelines, Develop tools, processes, or systems to improve efficiency and performance, Coordinate stakeholders and manage communication to ensure alignment).
Job Requirement
- At a minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in dynamic creative organization(s) working on operations, (field) team management, training, program design, or product innovations.
- Experience performing project coordination across multiple departments.
- Experience performing data analytics to guide decision-making.
- Prior experience working with rural development programs required.
