Duties and Responsibilities
- Having good computer knowledge, having knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel)
- Experience and knowledge of leading and managing a good office
- Managing the overall office management and secretarial services of the organization
- Perform various administrative tasks such as receiving and distributing memos, letters, forms, receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing messages.
- Personnel service, employee record keeping and payroll preparation
- Keeping and managing the organization’s files and documents properly
- Carrying out office purchases
- Compiling, proofreading, and revising drafts of documents and reports accurately and swiftly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.

- Prepare statistical report
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
