Job Requirement
Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of the new water kiosk project development
- Prepare project work plans
- Coordinate and perform analysis on baseline survey
- Conduct technical report writing and data/ analysis summary tables and exhibits
- Prepare cost and material quantity estimates
- Coordinate work with other engineers and professionals within and outside own discipline, and with support services staff
- Definition, tracking and controlling of project development outcomes, goals, milestones, metrics and projects targets by using the relevant project management tools
- Creation and tracking of project plans
- Definition of work breakdown structure and identification of resource requirements
- Candidate must be able to communicate and influence cross functional teams to secure project success
- Other responsibilities related to this position as assigned by the company
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil/ environmental/ sanitary/ chemical engineering, business management, project management, or other related fields
- 2+ years of experience in delivering design build at-risk projects
- Proven project management experience with ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Demonstrated ability in working with local and state regulatory agencies
- Experience in managing both engineering and construction subcontractors
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in English language
- Knowledge of other local languages is desirable
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
